Rachel Clarkin is a Banking Industry recruiter with over 14 years of experience in the recruiting field. Her career as a recruiter began in 1997 at Executives Network, Inc., in Ramsey, NJ with a concentration in Accounting, Finance and Internal Audit. Starting as a rookie level recruiter Ms. Clarkin, in her seven plus years with the Firm, grew to be both the top producing recruiter and Vice President of Sales and Operations for the company overseeing a team of 16 recruiters with the day to day P&L responsibility for the Firm.
In October 2005, Ms. Clarkin relocated to Alpharetta, Georgia and joined BankersforHire.com as a Vice President and Executive Recruiter assisting all sizes of community banks with their staffing needs, placing all types and levels of Banking Professionals, including but not limited to: Commercial Lenders, Commercial Real Estate Lenders, Credit Analysts, Accountants, Financial Analysts and C-Level professionals. Within a year of joining the Firm Ms. Clarkin received a promotion to First Vice President and in February 2007, while continuing to assist banks with all their recruiting needs Ms. Clarkin also successfully launched a new division for BankersforHire.com in the areas of BSA, Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Audit areas of the bank. In this capacity Ms Clarkin also assisted banks in finding their BSA Officers, BSA Managers and Analysts, Chief Compliance Officers, Managers and Analysts, Risk Management Officers and Analysts and Internal Auditor professionals.
In December 2009 BankersforHire.com closed its doors and in February 2010 Ms. Clarkin,in her previously established role as a banking recruiter, joined Castlestream Recruiting, LLC, remaining committed to her clients and candidates needs.
Now, with ARG, Ms. Clarkin will continue to assist banks and consulting firms find top talent to join their teams, by consistently providing strong customer service, attention to detail, and the right connection between client and candidate, thereby having a positive and valuable impact on the lives and careers of both candidate and client.
