She began her career with a Big 5 CPA firm and then moved into financial management developing strategic alliances for fortune 500 and several start-up companies. In addition, she has extensive experience in building financial and marketing models for successful recruiting operations.

Michelle is a member of the WBENC and holds a seat on the board of the National Association of Personnel Services. She is a graduate of Florida Southern College, holding a BS degree in Accounting.  She has passed her CPA Exam and holds her series 6, 63, and 7 licenses.
